1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Arpita's Academy (ASA) ("the Academy", "we", "us", or "our") and students, parents, and guardians ("you", "the student") who enrol in our coaching programs or access our website and digital services. By enrolling in any program or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not enrol or use our services.

2. About Arpita's Academy

Arpita's Academy (ASA) is a leading JEE/NEET/CET coaching institute in Pune, founded in 2003 by Sikander S.K. We offer coaching for:

• JEE (Main & Advanced) — Engineering entrance preparation
• NEET — Medical entrance preparation
• MHT-CET — Maharashtra Common Entrance Test preparation
• Board Exams — CBSE and State Board (Class VIII to XII)
• Foundation Programs — Class III to X including NTSE and Olympiad preparation
• Express Short-Term Programs — Crash courses and revision programs

3. Admissions & Enrolment

• Admission is subject to availability of seats; the Academy maintains limited batch sizes for quality and individual attention.
• Enrolment is confirmed only upon submission of required documents and payment of the applicable course fee.
• The Academy may refuse admission or cancel enrolment if any information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• Students are placed in the batch appropriate to their level, and the Academy may conduct an initial assessment for placement.

4. Fee Structure & Payment

4.1 Payment Terms

• Course fees must be paid in advance as per the payment schedule communicated at admission.
• Fees may be paid via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or other specified methods, and official receipts are issued for all payments.
• The Academy reserves the right to revise fee structures with prior notice to enrolled students.

4.2 Refund Policy

• Fees paid are generally non-refundable once the course has commenced.
• In exceptional circumstances (medical emergency, relocation), a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of the management.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation within 15 days of course commencement.
• Administrative and registration charges are non-refundable, and no refund is provided if a student is expelled for disciplinary reasons.

5. Academic Programs & Scheduling

• The Academy conducts regular classes, doubt-clearing sessions, revision classes, and periodic tests as per the academic calendar.
• Schedules and any changes are communicated via WhatsApp, SMS, or the ASA Online App.
• The Academy may reschedule or cancel classes due to holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.
• Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes; habitual absenteeism may result in removal from the program.
• PTMs are held periodically; attendance by parents/guardians is strongly encouraged.

6. Student Code of Conduct

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time; submit assignments, DPPs, and homework as directed; appear for all scheduled tests; maintain respectful behaviour towards faculty, staff, and peers; refrain from mobile phone use during class unless permitted; avoid any form of cheating or academic dishonesty; and abide by all rules of the Academy premises. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or expel any student violating the code of conduct, without refund of fees.

7. Study Materials & Intellectual Property

All study materials, notes, practice papers, assignments, and digital content are the exclusive intellectual property of the Academy. Students may use them solely for personal academic preparation. Reproduction, distribution, uploading, or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Students must not share login credentials or Academy content from the ASA Online App with any third party.

8. Digital Services & ASA Online App

The ASA Online App is a supplementary educational tool for enrolled students. Students are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. The Academy is not responsible for loss of data due to technical issues or device failure and reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any digital feature with or without notice. Unauthorized use, hacking, or misuse may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

9. Performance & Results

The Academy is committed to quality education; however, it does not guarantee specific exam results, ranks, or college admissions. Academic outcomes depend significantly on the student's own effort and consistency. Test results and performance reports are shared with students and parents for monitoring. The Academy shall not be liable for any outcome in external competitive examinations.

10. Grievance Redressal

Students or parents with grievances may approach the Academy administration directly during working hours, submit a written complaint to the Director, or email concerns to sikanders007@gmail.com. The Academy will make reasonable efforts to address grievances within 7–10 working days.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arpita's Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services; loss of data, results, or expected academic outcomes; any injury or loss on the premises due to the student's own negligence; or disruption of services due to force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, power failures, or government orders.

12. Photography & Media Consent

By enrolling, you grant Arpita's Academy permission to use photographs, videos, and testimonials of students (including those in group photos) for promotional and marketing purposes, including on the website and social media. If you do not wish to provide this consent, please notify us in writing at the time of enrolment.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion; if unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

14. Amendments to Terms

Arpita's Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and, where significant, communicated to enrolled students and parents. Continued enrolment or use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
